Refund policy

At Dansonn.com, we aim to provide high-quality beats and licensing services for artists, brands, and creatives. Because our products are delivered digitally and cannot be returned, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that rare issues may arise, and we’ve outlined our refund policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The beat file is corrupted, incomplete, or unusable
  • You received the wrong beat or an incorrect version
  • You were accidentally charged twice for the same beat

You must notify us of any refund request within 14 days of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing
  • You’re dissatisfied with the beat for subjective reasons (style, mood, genre, etc.)
  • You did not read the licensing terms or beat description prior to purchase
  • You purchased an exclusive license and the agreement has already been signed
  • You commissioned a custom beat and production has already begun

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at info@dansonn.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Any supporting files (e.g., screenshots, audio samples)

We may request additional information to verify your request. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

4. Refund Method & Timeline
If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. License Termination Upon Refund
If a refund is granted:

  • Your license to use the beat is immediately revoked
  • You must remove the beat from all projects, platforms, and public use
  • You must delete all copies of the beat file in your possession
